Copywriting Lead

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end copy intake and delivery workflow across Bybit Global and regulated entities.
• Design and deploy AI-assisted copy creation workflows, including prompt frameworks and AI skills.
• Build scalable request management, prioritization frameworks, and automated quality assurance systems.
• Lead and mentor a team of copywriters and copy operations specialists.
• Evolve Bybit's copy standards, style guides, and tone-of-voice frameworks to ensure global brand consistency.
• Partner with Product and AI teams to integrate internal AI capabilities into content operations.
• Establish SLAs, reporting systems, and operational performance standards to measure productivity.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in content operations, editorial operations, content strategy, or marketing operations.
• Proven experience managing content teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• A strong track record of building, improving, and scaling operational processes.
• Deep understanding of content governance, quality assurance, and brand management.
• Experience managing high-volume content environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing AI-driven workflows or prompt engineering frameworks.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT.
• Experience with workflow automation platforms and AI orchestration systems.
• A "systems builder" mindset focused on automation, scalability, and efficiency.
