About the role
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and write omnichannel campaigns (digital, social media, print, OOH, audiovisual, and radio scripts)
- Work in pairs to transform strategies into high-impact concepts that connect with consumers
- Adapt brand tone and voice to generate persuasive messages in a dynamic, high-volume environment (focused on retail and promotions)
- Ensure impeccable quality, spelling, and grammar in all communication pieces (proofreading)
- Actively participate in brainstorming and idea presentations, contributing a fresh, strategic, and human vision
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Copywriter in advertising agencies
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Communication, Literature, Journalism, or a related field
- Specific knowledge in copywriting, concept creation, and formats for consumer goods or retail brands
- Courses, workshops, or diplomas in advertising creativity, creative writing, or storytelling
- Updated creative portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and writing versatility
