Copywriter

Responsibilities

• Write and edit customer-facing copy across paid social, email, push notifications, landing pages, and in-app messaging
• Ensure all copy aligns with Poshmark’s voice, tone, and brand positioning
• Contribute to campaign ideation and creative brainstorming with cross-functional teams
• Adapt messaging to suit platform-specific behaviors across mobile, social, and web
• Partner with Growth and CRM teams to optimize conversion-focused copy for acquisition and retention
• Utilize AI writing tools and LLM-assisted workflows to support ideation and content scalability
• Help define, evolve, and maintain brand voice and tone guidelines

Requirements

• 3–5 years of copywriting experience in a consumer brand, marketplace, fashion/lifestyle company, or agency
• Strong portfolio covering brand storytelling, performance marketing, UX writing, and digital campaigns
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities
• Experience writing for paid social, email marketing, push notifications, and in-app messaging
• Understanding of copy optimization principles and testing methodologies
• Familiarity with mobile-first content strategies
• Strong organizational and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within fashion, resale, marketplace, or consumer app environments
• UX writing or product copy experience
• Familiarity with SEO and AEO content principles
• Experience using Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms
• Strong social-native writing instincts for TikTok and Instagram
• Familiarity with AI prompt workflows
