Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end development of ideas, concepts, and themes for events, campaigns, and internal initiatives
• Craft compelling narratives, decks, and scripts for client presentations and pitches
• Ensure consistency in tone, language, and brand positioning across digital and on-ground formats
• Partner with design, digital, and delivery teams to translate ideas into visual storytelling
• Contribute to ideation and copywriting for social media and employer branding campaigns
• Research cultural and consumer trends to infuse concepts with relevance

Requirements

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Communications, Journalism, Mass Media, English, or Marketing
• 4–6 years of experience in creative copywriting or brand communication
• Experience in experiential or event marketing
• Exposure to integrated campaigns (digital + on-ground) for B2B/B2C brands
• Proven experience in leading pitches and script writing
• Strong command over written English and strategic storytelling skills
