About the role
Responsibilities
- Cooperate with Art Director and Creative Director to produce campaign content
- Partner with internal teams including Account, Designer, and Planning to deliver content based on social trends
- Ensure all copy is delivered on time and meets quality standards
- Research products, target audiences, and competitor activities
- Brainstorm visual and verbal concepts with the creative team
- Monitor campaign effectiveness
- Supervise and provide feedback to junior copywriters
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 4+ years of experience in an advertising agency
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role (e.g., Copywriter Manager)
- Strong creative vision aligned with business objectives
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to accept and implement feedback
- Exceptional creativity for innovative advertising campaigns
