Copy Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee the copywriting team to deliver high-quality, engaging content that aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives
• Sculpt big ideas and drive action through strategic storytelling and craftsmanship
• Collaborate with multiple departments to bring messages to life across various digital channels
• Pitch creative solutions persuasively to stakeholders
• Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through modeling inclusive behaviors and managing bias
• Manage complex projects involving both internal and external account and creative teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5-7 years of writing experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field
• Expertise in the digital landscape, including strategy development, social experiences, and SEO
• A portfolio/book featuring conceptual work and smart digital executions

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-4 years of pharmaceutical writing experience
• High science experience (e.g., oncology, HIV)
• Experience with digital assets such as banners, sites, and out-of-home extensions
