About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate copying and mailroom services at the Tepper Quad location, including mail distribution for staff, faculty, and students.
  • Operate high-speed multifunctional copying and bindery equipment, performing routine maintenance and minor repairs.
  • Process customer copy orders, providing suggestions on paper, binding, and other options to meet requirements.
  • Manage daily work assignments, log requests into the billing system, and maintain accurate financial and inventory records.
  • Handle accounting activities, including customer billing, collecting cash payments, and balancing daily receipts.
  • Assist in processing permissions for copyrighted materials used in departmental course packs.
  • Monitor inventory levels of supplies and place orders as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required (Associate degree or equivalent experience may be considered).
  • 1-3 years of previous customer service experience.
  • Ability to operate copying and bindery equipment.
  • Successful completion of a background check.
  • PA Child Protection Clearances (Act 153).
  • Physical ability to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, walk, stand, and lift as required for the role.
