About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead concept development and write high-impact campaign ideas, including taglines and headline-driven executions across multiple channels
- Own creative output for key projects, setting the bar for quality, craft, and originality
- Translate briefs and insights into compelling creative territories, naming systems, and narrative frameworks
- Write content for OOH, print, digital, email, and experiential, including scripts for video and social content
- Partner cross-functionally with brand, design, and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns
- Present creative concepts persuasively to internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Provide feedback to elevate the work of other writers and help evolve the WHOOP voice
Requirements
- 5–8 years of copywriting experience with a strong portfolio of campaign or brand work
- Demonstrated expertise in crafting taglines, campaign lines, and concept-driven creative
- Experience writing scripts for video, social, and other narrative formats
- Experience developing naming systems for campaigns, products, or initiatives
- Strong understanding of social platforms and cultural resonance
- Proficiency with and commitment to leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks
- Ability to collaborate in fast-paced, iterative creative processes
