Copy Editor

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of writers to ensure creative campaigns adhere to the client’s style and brand guidelines
• Review and revise AI-generated content for accuracy and quality, including spelling, grammar, punctuation, and syntax
• Ensure correct tone, voice, clarity, flow, and structure of content
• Support quality assurance by proofreading documents and reviewing final deliverables against original copy
• Update internal brand resources in AI tools and internal systems
• Communicate with creative and client services teams to ensure projects stay on track
• Stay up to date on all brand nuances and tone of voice guidance

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Copy Editor at an agency, publication, or internal brand team
• Experience in the digital marketing space
• Experience with AI tools is a plus
• Expert attention to detail regarding stylistic, grammatical, and typographical errors
• Ability to work at a fast pace on large marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of consistency across user journeys
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and able to work independently
