Copilot Engineer (Microsoft 365 Copilot)

Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom Copilot solutions, including custom agents, connectors, and Copilot Studio configurations.
• Drive enterprise-wide Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption by embedding AI into business workflows to improve productivity.
• Lead user enablement through training sessions, workshops, Copilot clinics, and change management programs.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and IT teams to define use cases and translate them into scalable AI solutions.
• Measure productivity gains and refine AI use cases based on user feedback to ensure sustained value realization.
• Manage secure data integration and ensure AI solutions align with enterprise requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Hands-on expertise in AI agent design, prompt engineering, and workflow automation.
• Deep understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Proven experience working within enterprise environments to support digital transformation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Experience in AI adoption programs or large-scale enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with enterprise security, data governance, and compliance regarding AI solutions.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft AI, Copilot, or related cloud technologies.
