Copier Printer Technician

Responsibilities

• Travel daily within a local service territory to engage with customers professionally
• Inspect laser printers, digital copiers, and multifunctional products to diagnose issues
• Repair mechanical and electrical problems and perform routine maintenance services
• Manage parts inventory and maintain necessary stock levels
• Work independently to complete high-quality repairs within reasonable timeframes
• Provide excellent customer service while working Monday through Friday

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• DOT medical card or the ability to obtain one
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 60 lbs
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience servicing HP and Lexmark laser printers
