Copacking Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the area customization (co-pack) team and collaborate with regional and central process leads to ensure best practices
• Implement co-packing strategies to ensure optimal logistics, service, cost-efficiency, and compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
• Own cross-functional relationships to drive consistent ways of working across categories
• Manage change programs and area governance processes to monitor and deliver annual productivity programs
• Collaborate with third-party logistics vendors and internal business partners to ensure effective execution and timely solutions

Requirements

• Proven experience leading, developing, and coaching a team
• Extensive, proven integrated supply chain experience within a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment
• Specialist expertise in at least one of the following: Lean Six Sigma, warehouse and distribution, customization, data analysis, project management, or customer logistics
• Strong ability to build and maintain a network of internal and external professional relationships
