Coordinator, Ticket Sales and Service

Responsibilities

• Sell ticket packages and grow customer bases through season tickets, mini-plans, and group sales, with an emphasis on men’s basketball
• Conduct daily outbound sales calls and generate new business leads to drive revenue growth
• Manage ticket office operations, serving as the manager on duty for all ticketed events (excluding men’s basketball)
• Handle escalated customer challenges and ensure timely responses to the athletics department email and texting systems
• Maintain accurate customer records and process orders using Archtics/Ticketmaster, Conquer, and Salesforce
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop sales materials and initiatives
• Support the supervision and development of student sales associates and ticket office staff
• Produce daily financial and sales reports, including deposits and payment summaries

Requirements

• High school diploma
• At least one year of relevant working experience
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented setting with minimal supervision
• Ability to work under deadlines and prioritize workload

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Knowledge of Ticketmaster (Archtics)
