About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive the planning, execution, and ongoing management of strategic projects and programs.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure initiatives are executed efficiently.
- Track progress, analyze outcomes, and identify opportunities for improvement or course correction.
- Support Research, Development & Innovation (RDI) programs and emerging initiatives.
- Serve as a central point of coordination and communication among internal teams and external partners.
- Develop, edit, and refine reports, presentations, and key departmental communications.
- Create and manage technical content, promotional materials, and program-related communications.
- Assist in developing and monitoring budgets associated with assigned projects and programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Five years of relevant work experience or specialized training (can be used in lieu of a degree).
- At least one year of experience coordinating projects or programs, preferably in a complex or fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Qualtrics or similar survey and data collection tools.
