About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive the planning, execution, and ongoing management of strategic projects and programs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure initiatives are executed efficiently.
  • Track progress, analyze outcomes, and identify opportunities for improvement or course correction.
  • Support Research, Development & Innovation (RDI) programs and emerging initiatives.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination and communication among internal teams and external partners.
  • Develop, edit, and refine reports, presentations, and key departmental communications.
  • Create and manage technical content, promotional materials, and program-related communications.
  • Assist in developing and monitoring budgets associated with assigned projects and programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Five years of relevant work experience or specialized training (can be used in lieu of a degree).
  • At least one year of experience coordinating projects or programs, preferably in a complex or fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Qualtrics or similar survey and data collection tools.
