Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership within a Supported Independent Living (SIL) setting
• Guide and develop staff to build an engaged and high-performing team
• Oversee day-to-day operations and manage budgets
• Apply NDIS expertise to ensure supports are person-centred and outcomes-focused
• Work closely with participants to ensure choice, independence, and quality outcomes
• Manage relationships and resolve conflicts with participants, families, and stakeholders

Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership experience in disability services or similar community-based settings
• Strong NDIS expertise and understanding of participant self-advocacy
• Valid Driver Licence
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (Employee)
• Current Level 1 First Aid & CPR certificate
• Valid Australian working rights

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in frontline, high-pressure, or fast-paced disability service environments
• Proven ability to implement practical solutions and identify issues early
