Coordinator (School Operations)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate School operations and administrative services, including teaching, research, and general support functions
• Provide high-level operational and strategic support to the Head of School and School Executive
• Lead and supervise a small professional services team, fostering capability development and customer-focused service delivery
• Plan activities and documentation to support the School of Psychological Sciences and its academic community

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience
• Substantial senior administrative experience in a complex organisation, preferably within higher education
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Experience supervising staff and supporting team development
