Coordinator, Sales & Customer Service

Responsibilities

• Support daily administrative and operational functions of CSU Housing, serving as a primary contact for students, families, and campus partners
• Manage housing assignments, occupancy, and access control processes throughout the residential occupancy cycle
• Assist with move-in and move-out operations, room assignments, and student communications
• Perform reporting, data analysis, and provide budget support for departmental initiatives
• Supervise and train student employees to ensure high service standards
• Respond to residential emergencies, including student behavior and mental health situations, as required

Requirements

• Associate degree in business, student affairs, public administration, communications, or a related field (relevant work experience may be substituted for education)
• Administrative experience in residential facilities, residence life, housing, or property management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint)
• Ability to work second shift, weekends, and on-call hours to respond to emergencies

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, higher education administration, or a related field
• Experience using housing, property management, or work order management systems
• Knowledge of FERPA guidelines and data confidentiality standards
