Coordinator, Regional Product Stewardship

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers in the Asia Pacific South (APS) region to collect environmental compliance data aligned with global regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and guidance to suppliers regarding company requirements, regulatory updates, and data collection tools.
• Review compliance documents thoroughly to prevent errors or non-compliance related to prohibited substances and regulatory restrictions.
• Manage product compliance data within SAP-EHSM to ensure products, raw materials, and finished goods meet all requirements.
• Collaborate with regional co-workers to complete customer environmental requests and regulatory analysis reports (e.g., RoHS, REACH SVHCs, Full Material Declarations).
• Maintain and update product compliance data for internal stakeholders and ensure timely management of regulatory deliverables.
• Monitor regulatory changes and support assessments regarding potential impacts on products and processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic system errors in SAP related to product compliance data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Health Science, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in environmental data management, product stewardship, document review, or related fields.
• Fluency in both Thai and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of major global product compliance regulations relevant to the electronics and manufacturing industry (e.g., RoHS, REACH SVHCs, PFAS).
• Experience using industry-standard material declaration tools such as IMDS, ChemSHERPA, or IPC 175X.
