About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the Quality Manager and Medical Lead in coordinating projects, including data analysis, evaluation planning, and project charter creation.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of quality improvement (QI) project charters and change ideas to drive clinical outcomes.
  • Conduct quality audits, including chart audits, interviews, and observations.
  • Interpret and analyze trends in quality improvement data to proactively identify system opportunities.
  • Create data management systems and oversee data reporting for various quality projects.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations identifying risks, milestones, and upcoming activities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Digital, Infection Prevention and Control, and Occupational Health and Safety, as well as external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Quality, or Project Management.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong statistical analysis capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for managing stakeholder relationships and presenting data.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification.
  • Quality Improvement knowledge certificate.
