Coordinator, Production Global Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage claims and payment processing, including travel and expense claims for corporate functions and administrative needs.
• Coordinate end-to-end visitor logistics, including transportation, hospitality, and on-site assistance.
• Oversee meeting room scheduling and availability for internal and external stakeholders.
• Source and evaluate quotations for corporate events and office purchases to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Plan and execute corporate events such as tenure appreciation ceremonies, company celebrations, and CSR activities.
• Provide reception and front desk support, including managing inquiries and visitor registration.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word and Excel.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal).
• Basic knowledge of office administration processes, procedures, and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative or internship role.
• Familiarity with IT peripherals and common office software.
• Knowledge of AI-powered productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
