About the role
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Office Services Manager to ensure an organized office environment and optimize administrative processes
- Sort and deliver incoming and outgoing mail, including accounts receivable bank drops
- Manage document tasks such as filing, faxing, scanning, printing, and assembling
- Assist with entering office expenses including FedEx, messenger services, and invoices
- Coordinate new hire setups, including workspace assignment, IT tickets, badges, and supplies
- Maintain clean and organized training rooms, conference rooms, and general office spaces
- Schedule meetings and appointments, prepare conference rooms, and provide reception coverage
- Order and stock office supplies, stationery, and breakroom supplies
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 0 to 1 year of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with office machines such as high-speed copiers, facsimile, and multi-line phones
- Excellent customer service and client-focused skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow directions and procedures independently
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
