About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement the integral diffusion and positioning strategy for the National Directorate of Cultural Development.
  • Develop multi-channel content plans for institutional platforms, websites, and social media, including editorial calendars and key messaging.
  • Translate cultural initiatives and programs into compelling narratives and communication materials that highlight their academic and cultural value.
  • Propose and manage cultural products in editorial, audiovisual, digital, or in-person formats to increase reach and sustainability.
  • Coordinate audiovisual production, including photography, video editing, live streaming, and podcasts, while managing external vendors.
  • Administer digital repositories and audiovisual archives to ensure the traceability and availability of cultural assets.
  • Generate performance reports using quantitative and qualitative indicators to guide decision-making and impact measurement.
  • Collaborate with the School of Humanities and Education to ensure narrative coherence and alignment with institutional campaigns.

Requirements

  • Degree in Strategic Communication, Cultural Marketing, Audiovisual Production, Digital Content, Cultural Management, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in institutional communication and digital content management.
  • Experience in cultural marketing and social media management.
  • Background in audiovisual production and event coverage.
  • Strong skills in project management, editorial planning, and vendor coordination.
  • Ability to perform impact measurement and prepare executive reports.
