Coordinator of Global Community

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee global engagement programs and partner development initiatives to advance the university's mission.
• Coordinate the planning and execution of campuswide programs, events, and specialty student programs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for communications between global delegations, external partners, and internal university departments.
• Track and manage budgets and expenses for partnerships, providing detailed financial analysis to support program goals.
• Lead partnership development efforts and implement marketing strategies to increase the visibility of global engagement activities.
• Manage logistics for partner programs, including orientation, departure meetings, and support for short-term summer camps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives concurrently.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with a diverse range of international guests and faculty.
• Proven experience in event coordination and budget management.
• Demonstrated commitment to living out and upholding the University’s Christ-centered mission and values.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an international education or global engagement setting.
• Ability to supervise and organize student workers for translation and support assignments.
• Proficiency in managing travel-related responsibilities across multiple time zones.
