Coordinator of External Partnerships

Responsibilities

• Act as a frontline relationship builder to develop corporate and community support, including sponsorships, internships, and workforce development partnerships.
• Identify and cultivate new sources of support from local businesses, community organizations, corporations, and foundations.
• Develop and manage sponsorship packages for various college departments and athletic programs.
• Build a pipeline of business and non-profit partners to support student employment experiences and scholarship funding.
• Organize targeted business networks, community meetings, and events to engage regional partners.
• Track prospect and donor activity using the Jenzabar database.
• Supervise student counselor assistants, student ambassadors, and student callers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3 years of experience in fundraising, business management, or direct sales/marketing.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with Jenzabar.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Supervisory experience with professional staff and students.
• Established ties to the local community or knowledge of local heritage.
