Coordinator of Creative Media, Marketing, and Fan Engagement

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute creative media and marketing strategies to enhance the student-athlete experience across 24 varsity sports.
• Develop game-day atmosphere and fan engagement initiatives, including promotions, in-game content, and special events.
• Create and manage digital content for social media, web, email, and in-venue platforms to highlight student-athlete stories.
• Collaborate with the Director of Athletics and campus partners (Admissions, Advancement, Marketing) to align storytelling with recruitment and institutional goals.
• Support community partnerships and athletics fundraising through strategic content creation and event promotion.
• Work closely with coaches to support program-specific marketing needs while maintaining consistent department-wide messaging.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to cultivate inclusive and equitable relationships with students, faculty, staff, alumni, and parents.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required by the athletics schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within intercollegiate athletics.
