About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative activities for clinical placements for BSN, MSN, and DNP nursing students
  • Secure and coordinate clinical experiences and facilitate onboarding for students and clinical instructors
  • Submit and track requests to clinical sites and preceptors
  • Track affiliation agreement requests and monitor student/instructor document submission
  • Research prospective organizations and preceptors to foster new partnerships
  • Serve as a liaison between clinical agencies and the School of Nursing regarding administrative requirements
  • Maintain clinical site onboarding requirements using learning management systems
  • Manage data entry for clinical site, partner, and instructor contact information
  • Assist in monitoring student compliance with pre-clinical requirements
  • Coordinate preceptor and partner appreciation and recognition activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Higher Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of related professional experience
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a related field
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with social media for community engagement
  • Experience using learning management systems or clinical placement software
