Coordinator of Client Development and Commercial School

Responsibilities

• Design and schedule training activities to strengthen commercial competencies and ensure correct execution of point-of-sale strategies.
• Coordinate and implement evaluation processes to objectively measure commercial skills and track results.
• Advise and support sales teams in the correct application of commercial strategies and execution methodologies.
• Design and coordinate training programs focused on management, display, and customer service capabilities for retailers.
• Develop and disseminate innovative didactic resources to facilitate effective knowledge transfer and active learning.
• Monitor and analyze training program results to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with strategic objectives.

Requirements

• University degree in Communication Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Degree or Professional License required).
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Proven experience in Training, Project Administration, or Commercial areas.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Power BI.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning technologies.
