Coordinator of Career Success

Responsibilities

• Provide major and career exploration, internship advising, and career advising to undergraduate and graduate students and alumni.
• Supervise and manage four Career Peers and oversee the Career Drop-In Area.
• Develop and implement programming to increase student awareness of career education and internship opportunities.
• Support the Hatter Chats Alumni-Student Networking program and career events such as Internship and Career Expos.
• Deliver presentations and workshops to various constituents regarding career services and opportunities.
• Facilitate social mobility by ensuring equitable access to connections and experiences for all students.
• Support university efforts regarding professional certifications, including research, tracking, and marketing.
• Collaborate with Academic Success, the Cross Cultural Center, and the WORLD International Learning Center to support student needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Solutions-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with students, faculty, alumni, and employers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two years of experience in business, education, or higher education.
