Coordinator of Academic Records and Student Registration

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the transfer credit evaluation process for undergraduate, continuing education, and high school dual enrollment students
• Process transfer credit equivalencies, IB, CLEP, and AP scores within the student information system
• Manage approved course substitutions and academic exceptions
• Conduct registration appointments with new transfer students to discuss curriculum planning and degree audit requirements
• Review graduation applications for eligibility and conduct final degree audits to verify completion of academic requirements
• Run routine reports regarding new student enrollment, degree completion, and graduation eligibility
• Assist with admission events, such as open houses and admitted student days, to support prospective transfer students

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2–4 years of experience in a Registrar's Office, Enrollment Services, or an academic administrative environment
• Experience working with a student information system
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven tasks
• Ability to pass satisfactory background and/or DMV checks
