Coordinator Kid Zone

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support daily and weekly operations within the Kid Zone
• Supervise Kid Zone staff and serve as a role model attendant
• Create purposeful, engaging, and fun activity plans for children
• Organize monthly special events for families
• Engage directly with children (ages 6 weeks to 9 years) and their parents
• Provide coverage for vacancies during daytime, evening, and Saturday morning hours

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of childcare experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• First Aid and CPR certification (must be obtained within 90 days of hire)
• Ability to multi-task and maintain a welcoming demeanor
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings and Saturdays

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role
• Strong customer service skills
• Comfort working with a broad range of child ages
