About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Educators in an OSHClub environment
  • Create and lead dynamic, child-centered programs including STEM, sports, and arts
  • Manage team rosters and day-to-day operations
  • Ensure compliance and handle administrative tasks
  • Foster a teamwork-oriented environment for children aged 5-12

Requirements

  • ACECQA approved Diploma qualification
  • Experience in leadership or guiding teams
  • Strong communication skills
  • National Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Australian work rights
  • Completion of National Child Safety Training
