About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Educators in an OSHClub environment
- Create and lead dynamic, child-centered programs including STEM, sports, and arts
- Manage team rosters and day-to-day operations
- Ensure compliance and handle administrative tasks
- Foster a teamwork-oriented environment for children aged 5-12
Requirements
- ACECQA approved Diploma qualification
- Experience in leadership or guiding teams
- Strong communication skills
- National Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Australian work rights
- Completion of National Child Safety Training
