Coordinator, GSS FP&A - Cash Flow & Treasury

Responsibilities

• Support cash flow and financial planning processes through budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Prepare and maintain updated cash flow, interest, and FX forecast submissions.
• Consolidate expenses related to interest income and FX, ensuring data accuracy in planning systems.
• Participate in cash flow forecasting for balance sheet accounts including AR, deferred revenue, and AP.
• Conduct scenario and sensitivity modeling and prepare management reporting packs.
• Analyze monthly actuals versus budget and forecast to identify root causes of variances.
• Support month-end close activities and maintain planning governance and data integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Accounting, FP&A, Corporate Finance, or similar analytical roles.
• Experience with financial planning systems such as Hyperion, Oracle EPM, or similar ERP platforms.
• Strong financial modeling, scenario analysis, and advanced Excel skills.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Proven ability to analyze financial results and explain performance drivers clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a Shared Services or multinational corporate environment.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Accounting teams.
