Coordinator Group Desk/Group Reservations

Responsibilities

• Process group inquiries for all Ruby Hotels using HubSpot CRM
• Manage and monitor group reservation processes in Opera Cloud (PMS) according to company standards
• Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients and agencies, serving as a bridge between customers and hotels
• Handle accounts receivable tasks and invoice generation
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members
• Monitor and help develop operational standards to ensure high quality

Requirements

• Degree in Hospitality Management or completed vocational training in a relevant field
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with reservation systems
• Fluent in both German and English
• Strong analytical thinking, independence, and a high sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor
• Experience in group reservations or front office operations is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Swedish language
