About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate M.ED. and Ed.D. student services, including admissions, advising, and onboarding.
- Provide administrative support to the Director of the Doctoral Program and the Director of the Master of Education Program.
- Manage program budgets, including reconciliation, requisitions, purchase orders, and faculty reimbursements.
- Act as a liaison between students, faculty, and third-party marketing/recruiting partners.
- Plan and coordinate special events such as orientations and medallion ceremonies.
- Maintain accurate student records, degree audits, and dissertation committee documentation.
- Manage graduate advisory committees by creating calendars and recording meeting minutes.
- Oversee program communications, including newsletters and social media presence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful management or coordination experience.
- Proven skills in budget administration and financial monitoring.
- Strong understanding of project management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with students, faculty, and the public.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
