Coordinator for Greeks and Student Life Programming

Responsibilities

• Implement campus-wide programming and events to promote an active campus life
• Provide advising and support for Greek Life organizations
• Develop and implement programs that foster positive, inclusive communities
• Create and support diverse activities for the student body
• Provide direct support to students and complete general administrative duties for the central office
• Work closely with the Division of Student Affairs team to enhance the student experience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study
• Experience working with fraternity and sorority life
• Working knowledge of student development theory and practice
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse population of students, faculty, and staff
• Ability to work non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends
• Must live on campus

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Student Personnel, Higher Education Administration, Management, or a related field
