About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage global learning activities and partnership programs delivered on-campus, online, and off-campus.
- Oversee operational budgets, including tracking income and expenditures for various programs.
- Coordinate logistics for special projects, events, and short-term international or domestic programs.
- Develop and manage marketing materials and communications for global initiatives.
- Implement assessment and evaluation methods for each program to ensure quality and effectiveness.
- Support the University Director of International Enrollment with processing payments related to joint programs with international partners.
- Interface with diverse constituencies including students, faculty, staff, and external foreign higher education institutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study.
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in an academic or multicultural environment.
- Proven experience in budget management and office administration.
- Knowledge of event planning within an academic institution.
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and data management systems.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for travel between campuses.
- Valid passport and availability for occasional international travel.
- Ability to work nonstandard hours, including some evenings, weekends, and summer periods.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in a related field.
- Fluency in a second language such as Spanish, Korean, or Mandarin.
- Experience with basic graphic design.
