About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage global learning activities and partnership programs delivered on-campus, online, and off-campus.
  • Oversee operational budgets, including tracking income and expenditures for various programs.
  • Coordinate logistics for special projects, events, and short-term international or domestic programs.
  • Develop and manage marketing materials and communications for global initiatives.
  • Implement assessment and evaluation methods for each program to ensure quality and effectiveness.
  • Support the University Director of International Enrollment with processing payments related to joint programs with international partners.
  • Interface with diverse constituencies including students, faculty, staff, and external foreign higher education institutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study.
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in an academic or multicultural environment.
  • Proven experience in budget management and office administration.
  • Knowledge of event planning within an academic institution.
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and data management systems.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for travel between campuses.
  • Valid passport and availability for occasional international travel.
  • Ability to work nonstandard hours, including some evenings, weekends, and summer periods.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in a related field.
  • Fluency in a second language such as Spanish, Korean, or Mandarin.
  • Experience with basic graphic design.
