Coordinator, Fleet Health (Non-Live)

Responsibilities

• Address non-live inquiries from riders while owning ticket Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for non-live tickets
• Test and rollout new features within the rider app
• Monitor fleet sentiment to ensure high-quality courier experiences
• Train and educate agents to effectively handle local non-live tickets
• Undertake additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned to support logistics operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or a relevant field
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in human resources, administration, or operations
• Fluency in both written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in working with data and metrics
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
