About the role
Responsibilities
- Research and secure supplies, equipment, rentals, trucks, and permits for events across multiple locations
- Manage timing schedules and deliveries to ensure activation items are in place
- Organize event schedules and calendars
- Partner with brand teams to assist with various marketing projects
- Handle the assembly, activation, and dismantling of events
- Perform unloading, loading, setting up, and taking down of equipment
Requirements
- Strong communication, organizational, and detail management skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to travel 50-75%
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 156 lbs and carry objects up to 70 lbs
- Ability to work long hours (12+ hours per day) during the event season
- Physical ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, stoop, crawl, and reach overhead frequently
