Coordinator Distribution

Responsibilities

• Optimize and maintain distribution systems to realize revenue potential across all connected channels
• Monitor booking system interfaces and work closely with system providers to ensure smooth performance
• Maximize content scores and visibility by managing platforms such as Concerto HCM or Leonardo in cooperation with marketing
• Drive online reputation by managing IHG's Medallia platform and the AI response tool MARA
• Respond to international online guest reviews in accordance with Ruby and IHG quality standards and KPIs
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain system stability

Requirements

• Completed training in the hotel or travel industry with preferred experience in a distribution role
• Hands-on experience maintaining distribution channels including websites, OTAs, and GDS
• Strong understanding of content management across Concerto HCM, OTA extranets, and GDS
• Structured way of working with a high attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to bring different teams together
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and German
