About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Centre’s Head of Client Relations
- Coordinate the Centre’s administrative services, including the preparation of correspondence, strategy reports, and other operational documents
- Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, including legal practitioners, arbitrators, and government agencies
- Manage the facilities and equipment necessary to ensure high-quality hearing services for all parties
- Coordinate with Marketing & Corporate Communications regarding the planning and management of Centre events and marketing initiatives
- Facilitate procurement, accounts, and general services requirements for the Centre
- Draft and manage hearing quotations and liaise with service partners for transcript and bundle requirements
- Collaborate with the Registry Coordinator to support the Courts Registry team and assist with high-volume caseloads
Requirements
- 6-8 years of senior administrative experience, preferably within a law firm or in-house legal department
- Strong organizational and time management skills to support strategic and operational activities
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to manage client issues professionally
- Advanced drafting skills for producing reports, correspondence, and other professional written materials
- Strong IT skills, including experience with document management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with senior management and legal professionals
- Fluency in English
- High level of discretion, judgment, and commitment to confidentiality
