About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of high-quality TV and feature materials to Disney's Direct to Consumer platforms, specifically Disney+.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of art and metadata for Disney+ EMEA Originals, acquisitions, and branded content.
  • Commission art and metadata by raising accurate purchase orders and managing vendor delivery schedules.
  • Track content delivery from third-party licensors and post-production companies to ensure technical specifications are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of material delivery status and update stakeholders on potential timeline impacts.
  • Coordinate remediation for content packages based on JIRA tickets and action QC failures or rejections.
  • Manage workflows and tasks within agreed SLA timelines to ensure creative consistency and cost control.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in TV or Non-Linear Distribution or Post-Production.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and manage high volumes under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, Slack, Smartsheet, and Airtable.
  • Excellent communication and customer focus skills for interacting with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with high and ultra-high-definition technology and electronic file delivery.
  • Experience with Mastering QC analysis and providing corrective recommendations.
  • Working knowledge of SAP.
