Coordinator, Complaint Resolution

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complaint resolution and student conduct processes to support a safe, inclusive, and respectful university community
• Work collaboratively across the University to deliver fair, transparent, and trauma-informed outcomes
• Contribute to continuous improvement through data analysis and process enhancements to strengthen institutional integrity
• Manage complex caseloads while ensuring procedural fairness and consistent application of University policies

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in complaint handling, case management, or a similar environment requiring sound judgement
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build trust across diverse groups
• Highly developed communication skills, including the ability to manage sensitive matters with empathy and professionalism
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands
• Current National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
