About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations including meeting rooms, supplies, and service partners
- Serve as the Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) representative for multiple floors, supporting inspections and incident tracking
- Provide executive support and backup coverage to Executive Assistants for urgent priorities
- Coordinate logistics for employee and client events, conferences, and seminars
- Partner with support teams to ensure compliance with company policies and risk requirements
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Professional communication skills and a client-ready approach
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within financial services
- Familiarity with financial terminology
