Coordinator, Canadian Wealth Management

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office operations including meeting rooms, supplies, and service partners
• Serve as the Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) representative for multiple floors, supporting inspections and incident tracking
• Provide executive support and backup coverage to Executive Assistants for urgent priorities
• Coordinate logistics for employee and client events, conferences, and seminars
• Partner with support teams to ensure compliance with company policies and risk requirements

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Professional communication skills and a client-ready approach
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within financial services
• Familiarity with financial terminology
