Coordinator, Business Development

Responsibilities

• Create capabilities and pitch presentations using a mix of existing and bespoke content
• Support written proposal submissions by writing, editing, and refining content to ensure a coherent narrative
• Coordinate contributions and feedback on proposals, including tracking deadlines and following up with contributors
• Assist the team in defining project structure, scope, duration, and staffing
• Execute knowledge management workflows to ensure proposal and presentation materials are organized and current
• Conduct market research to help pitch teams understand potential clients and business opportunities
• Redesign presentations to maintain a consistent look-and-feel using established templates
• Support Business Development housekeeping, including pipeline maintenance and administrative tasks

Requirements

• Degree in marketing, English, communications, business, or a related discipline
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong editorial and proofreading skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship experience in a professional services organization
• Experience working within a creative agency
