Coordinator, Business Development

Responsibilities

• Draft and produce high-quality pitches, proposals, and RFP responses in collaboration with attorneys and business development team members
• Develop and maintain marketing materials, including practice descriptions, web content, attorney biographies, and experience lists
• Coordinate submissions for legal directories, awards, and rankings relevant to the firm’s litigation practices
• Manage sponsorships and partnerships to ensure maximum return on investment
• Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute client events, seminars, and webinars
• Conduct research on clients, prospects, and competitors to support client targeting and cross-selling opportunities
• Work with marketing and communications teams on media relations, design, and digital marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in marketing, law, or business
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Excellent verbal and communication skills, including strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities
• Solid understanding of marketing principles, procedures, and concepts
• Fundamental knowledge of legal concepts and law firm operations

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2 years of marketing professional experience
• Experience supporting a litigation practice at a law firm
• Experience with CRM systems (DealCloud) and matter-management systems (Foundation)
