Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and front-line employee support for university benefits
- Collaborate with carrier partners to maintain financial and data integrity standards
- Assist employees with benefits inquiries using empathy and professionalism
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive information
- Work cooperatively across various HR functions, colleges, and departments
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or state recognized equivalent
- Proven experience in benefits administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Human Capital Management (HCM) software systems
