Coordinating Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and lead daily work during on-call hours
• Follow up, document, and manage deviations
• Perform clinical work within the on-call operations as needed
• Responsible for assessment, prioritization, and follow-up of patient cases
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure safe care
• Support and supervise colleagues in the team
• Ensure high patient safety and care quality through continuous improvement work
• Participate in the development of routines and workflows for efficient on-call operations

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse (Legitimerad sjuksköterska)
• Experience in coordination roles or on-call work is preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to make decisions under time pressure
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Structured, flexible, and solution-oriented
• Good IT skills and experience with electronic health records, preferably Take Care or Appva
