Coordinating Physician

Responsibilities

• Ensure adapted care for each resident from admission, including formal evaluations and defining care projects
• Participate in quality processes, risk management, and the development of professional best practices for the nursing team
• Contribute to the training of the EHPAD nursing staff
• Guarantee continuity of care by organizing medical permanence and coordinating healthcare professionals in collaboration with the IDEC
• Manage healthcare teams as a member of the Management Committee

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine degree
• Registered with the Medical Council
• At least 5 years of professional experience
• Strong managerial skills and a sense of responsibility
• Experience in a geriatric environment is preferred
