Responsibilities

• Anchor safety culture within daily logistics operations through field presence and animation.
• Lead "safety fifteen" sessions and train teams to create a proactive work environment.
• Investigate incidents using root cause analysis methods (5M, tree of causes) to implement corrective actions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance by updating strategic documents such as DUERP and chemical risk assessments.
• Modernize HSE approaches by creating and monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) using digital tools like Power BI and Gemini.

Requirements

• Currently a student in a Bac+4 program specializing in Quality, Safety, and Environment (QSE).
• Solid foundational knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 45001, 14001).
• Proficiency in modern digital tools, including Google Suite and Power BI.
• Knowledge of Lean methodologies and ideally a basic understanding of supply chain operations.
• Strong organizational skills, reactivity, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
