Coordinateur Q3SE

Responsibilities

• Promote Q3SE actions and create communication materials (safety talks, info sheets, tutorials)
• Draft and modify procedures and maintain internal documentation
• Conduct Q3SE visits and participate in internal/external audits
• Support management reviews and track resulting action plans
• Identify dysfunctions and propose system improvements
• Contribute to the definition of objectives and performance indicators
• Participate in supplier and subcontractor evaluations
• Assist in risk assessment and updating the single document (document unique)
• Monitor the availability and condition of collective and individual protection equipment

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (BAC+5) in Quality, Health, Safety, Environment (QHSE) or Industrial Risk Management
• Engineering school background preferred
• Previous professional experience via an internship or prior apprenticeship
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in office management software and database systems
• Proactive problem-solving approach and attention to detail
